Posting Pictures

Just after some instructions on how I should be posting pictures. Do I have to do anything special to get the picture to appear without the scroll bars?

For example in the 'Topless and Nude Pics' thread http://www.masturbationpage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13328&p=75295#p75295
relaxandrelease (and others) have posted pictures which are the same size as some of mine and they do not have any scroll bars. Do I need to upload the picture to photobucket or something and link to it?
