PROBLEMS????

Is there a problem with the site? Previously when I signed in, every catagory that had new items was highlighted and that is not the case now. Also, in order to sign in, I have to go through the process twice instead of once as before.

Could you please tell me why can't I set my profile information?I fulfil the terms of this site but I can't fill in some information of me so far..

Is there just certain info you cant fill out or is it the whole profile

It was at the point I would set my profile information and informed me that I had to wait for 5 days and make at least 5 posts.
Suprisely, the problem was solved automatically when I send the post with my problem.
