honestly i had the same problem. You cant shoot it into ur hand or anything, u literally just have to shot it straight into your mouth / on your face. I did it for the first time in the shower, just laod down, rolled back (as if to self-suck, which I wish i could do) and shot it into my mouth and on my face!
