Pain in the body? Any recomendations? edited with extra info

my neck hurts right at this moment, and I can't see clearly with my eyes. I can see just fine, I can read and see clearly, but like my resolution is off, everything is kind of dark. whenever I eat just a tiny bit of junkfood, I feel all gross, but I am not fat, and it can even be like a bag of chips. I feel better only and only if I eat once a day at lunch or my body just starts hurting. I can't sleep at all. I would be dead tired but my mind just won't rest. Can you suggest something for me? btw, I am only 14 and I went through pueberty and all that when I was 10. Periods are normal, and weight is about 120. Not sexually active, no meds, allergic to pollen just a little bit but I have gotten medication.
