A little under 6 inches. Not sure of girth.
I was always so self-conscious of it looking to small and crappy when i was at highschool - damned communal showers.
And it took me ages to finally let my g/f see/touch it.

javaman, not true at all. Lot's of guys exagerate... and most stuff you see in porn is unrealistic. I think it's pretty proven that the average erect penis is somewhere between 5 and 6 inches. So don't worry about it anymore. And most important of all, let your gf touch it (often, if possible) with confidence
